I'm being asked to set up a Support password

If you contact our Tutor Helpdesk, you will receive an email inviting you to set up a support username/password.

This is optional and it will make getting support in the future a little quicker and allow you to log in to the Tutor Helpdesk and view your questions.

If you prefer not to; then don’t worry, you can continue to simply email in as you have done previously and ignore the invite.
