How do I make a complaint?
At Open Study College, we aim to make things run as smoothly as possible for our students. We take complaints from very seriously and we are sorry if you have reached this page because you are unhappy about any aspect of our service.
We are keen to be proactive in fixing any problems before it reaches a stage of a formal complaint, and we have dedicated members of our Student Support team who are best placed to do this. Please tell us via one of the following methods if you encounter a problem:

We will aim to put things right for you as soon as possible, and we hope that the issue will be fully sorted out after you have spoken to us. However, if you are still not satisfied after speaking to a member of our Student Support team, please write to:

Please include the following information in your correspondence:
- Your name and address
- Your unique student number
- A daytime contact number
Once we've received your letter, we will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 7 days. Your complaint will be investigated and the outcome of our investigation will be confirmed to you within 21 days. At the end of our internal investigation, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the relevant awarding body.
